[Gnome] is an audio-visual poetry that quotes the words of an extinct earth spirit to tell the story of an alternative life in an off-grid community. Representing an imaginary species and potential being, the narrator of [Gnome] jumps between the hypnotic and traumatic events of his past and the accelerated chaos of the contemporary world, speaking of speculative allegories, chimeras of matter, language and history.
